Level 3 maintenance
The third level of maintenance is centered on dismantling and cleaning, inspection and adjustment. Dismantle and inspect gear transmissions and electromagnetic transmissions, remove dirt and coke, dismantle, clean, and inspect each component as needed, remove hidden dangers, eliminate defects, conduct comprehensive inspections of equipment, remove rust and paint as needed, and inspect and test electrical equipment.
Seasonal maintenance
In some cities, the temperature difference between winter and summer is very different, and the working conditions of the equipment have also changed significantly. Therefore, before entering the winter and summer seasons, seasonal maintenance operations should be carried out in combination with secondary maintenance to avoid poor equipment performance and damage to mechanical parts caused by temperature changes. Failure repair during use If mechanical equipment failure occurs during the production process, the team leader should be notified in time to contact the maintenance personnel for maintenance, and fill in the "equipment maintenance record form". After maintenance, it will be inspected by the user and then work normally.
Maintenance schedule
